Everything sold online is special order
We order your appliance after you buy it. When it arrives, the store calls you to schedule delivery or pickup.
Thermador is typically 4–7 weeks. Induction ranges (every brand we sell online) are currently 10-12 weeks. For other brands, call us for the current lead time.
We don't offer refunds on special orders. Special orders include every item we order in for you after an online purchase.
Delivery is a flat fee per order, charged at checkout. Installation is not included.
We deliver within 100 miles of our Statham or Martinez store. Delivery is scheduled by phone.
$799 when the order includes built-in refrigeration (a full-size built-in or column refrigerator, freezer or wine column, or an integrated full-size unit), a full-size (not under-counter) Monogram refrigerator, freezer or column, or a range 36 inches or wider (any fuel, any brand).
$399 for everything else: ranges 30 inches and smaller, freestanding refrigerators, under-counter refrigeration of any brand (including under-counter wine and beverage units, ice makers and refrigerator drawers), wall ovens, cooktops, rangetops, dishwashers, hoods, microwaves, laundry and warming drawers.
XO products are always $399, including XO's 69-inch wine and beverage columns.
+$100 for each additional item delivered in the same order (quantity counts). The order's base fee is set by its highest-tier item.
Plain accessories (handle, trim and panel kits, filters, covers) have no delivery charge of their own; they come with your appliance delivery or can be picked up.
Examples: one 36-inch range, $799. One 30-inch range, $399. A 30-inch range and a dishwasher, $499. A built-in refrigerator and a 36-inch range, $899.
Choose pickup at checkout and there is no delivery charge. Pick up at either showroom:

Installation is not included in the delivery fee. Professional installation, hookups and haul-away are available and quoted separately. Call either store for a quote.
Returns: showroom in-stock items, new in the box, within 15 days of delivery (or in-store pickup), with approval, minus a 30% restocking fee. No refunds on special orders, including every online order.
Pricing does not reflect builder, bundle, or promotion pricing. Rebates and manufacturer discounts are not discussed until you contact the store — additional savings may be available. Contact us for complete pricing details.
Online checkout is not available for purchases of $30,000 or more. Please call to complete this order.
Online purchases from $10,000 up to $30,000: Check store for availability. Your card is authorized and will be charged once the store confirms availability. The store will call to arrange delivery or shipping.
Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove are sold through our showrooms only — call or send us a message and we'll help you in person.
